I would not blame you. Nature of the business and so on.

I'm glad you would see it that way. Much easier to work with someone who knows that rather than those who take it personally.

I don't understand when people are bothered by things like that. I would rather have a basic framework for how people are going to handle things.

I understand why and if I were a different person I'd be somewhat jealous of them not having to deal with these things.

But dealing with them does make my life difficult at times.

I cannot imagine not having to deal with these things enough to muster up that jealousy.

Although I guess they are often predictable in other ways.

Very much so. Especially if you can read their minds.

But even if you can't, if they seem the type to do something stupid, you know they will.

Yes, I would imagine that makes it easier. Most people do not bother, or know how, to really hide what they are thinking or feeling or planning, though. Especially if they are the type to do something stupid.

Of course. You hardly need to be a telepath to read some people. They're very much open books for anyone bothering to pay them even half of their attention.

And so often they are absolutely desperate for that half attention.
