[Scott gets that in a much more limited aspect. And far less violent. He doesn't do violence, as an FYI. He'll kick some ass and knock some guys out but don't give him a gun, he wont use it.
Because he is a good guy. But he isn't a great guy, as it turns out and some habits die hard. Like grand theft auto. It's how he started his whole career back in Florida. Jacking cars and he's always had a fondness for sports ones. One of the reasons that these all live in the case is some of them may have well... fell of the back of trucks.
