the bed-sharing meme

It's a pretty simple premise. You're not exactly alone in your bed anymore. What do you do?
R U L E S:
1. Post your character with their name, series, and preferences in the subject line.
2. Have fun!

A blue lion... He knows this one.]
It's Blue!
[He sits up, then opts for crawling onto Shiro's chest, deciding to move right into his face.]
Daaaaddy, you're not asleep.

Are you sure? [He asks it, voice a low gravel rumble he knows will vibrate through his chest. He shuts his eye again.] Maybe I'm talking in my sleep.
no subject
Nuh-uuuhhh. You opened your eye, I saw you!
no subject
All right. Maybe I am awake. What do you think we should do if that's the case?

We can get breakfast? Can we have breakfast in your bed?
no subject
[Which is, honestly, about what Shiro teases every single time they have - breakfast in bed. And, as always, there's the shortest burst of painful, sweet memory of someone else he used to sometimes bring breakfast in bed to with eyes a lot like his son's. But then he smiles and the present is back in place again and he's sitting up, careful not to dislodge his son from his chest and lap.]
What do you want today, short stack? Pancakes? Muffins? Apple Jacks?

[He knows the meaning of that word from a viking documentary, and the joke at the request never hesitates to make Lance laugh from it. He leans into Shiro's chest when his father sits up, shifting himself so he can stay reclined against him while he tries to make his food decisions. All of those sound really good...]
Hmm... Do we still have those chocolate muffins? Because those were yummy. [They weren't healthy in the slightest and probably not fit for breakfast consumption, but when did a child ever think that much about health?]
no subject
No. chocolate muffins aren't healthy - probably. And they're probably not appropriate breakfast for a kid that's already got excessive energy. But - well, they ARE being barbarians and the muffins were really yummy. Shiro pretends to think about it for a moment, more because he knows he's supposed to be, somehow, a responsible adult than because he's trying to tease his son and then, arm still around his son, he rolls them both in a tuck and roll, careful not to put any weight on him, off the bed with a growl, landing on his feet and straightening, son still in his arm.]
Would Vikings say no to chocolate muffins? Would the Mongol hoards or the Gauls? If we're going to be barbarians we should act like it. Chocolate muffins it is.
no subject
There's a screech and Lance latches on to Shiro through the roll, but he laughs once they're free.]
We should be the mongols today! You can't be the king today so we gotta take over the kitchen and eat all the muffins!
[He frees one hand up and holds up four fingers.] I want this many muffins, okay? [He can barely eat one big one alone, there's no way. But he can still ask.]

[Shiro gives his son a little bounce before settling him completely with his remaining arm and decides to leave his prosthetic off for a little while longer. Breakfast doesn't need two hands. Not when he's got two small very helpful ones extra at least. He does look at one of those little hands and the enormous amount of faith his son has in his own stomach capacity size and his smile goes crooked as he starts down the hall for the kitchen.]
That many, huh? That's a lot. How about we start with one and take things from there?
