Secondly, I'm very much a doctor and I don't lie, so you'll just have to take me at my word.
Thirdly, that is very poor lighting and I'd have to see it up close and in better light to even be able to guess, but it also looks like it's been healed for quite awhile and that would make it rather difficult to tell. It's not like a lichtenberg figure with any sort of distinctiveness.
Fourthly, I'm very charming, but I suppose that'd be up to you to decide. ;)
