He was banished from his home following The Incident and has been travelling Eorzea in the five years since, accompanied by his axe, his night terrors, and his white crow Samvi (AKA The Brains). Geographically challenged. Last to leave the tavern. Appears resistant to the cold. Loves a good fireside folk song. Weaves, knits, and macramés in his free time. Always in need of a Healer. Works odd jobs for the Scions to pay for his room and board, but will never take payment for fighting, monster-hunting, or otherwise spilling his blood.

Of note is the fact that following The Incident he has become dependent on periodically consuming fresh blood. This is all probably fine and nothing to worry about 8')
