Peter waits on the bed, already shirtless and sitting cross-legged, giving her a smile and perking up when Talia puts down the toys. For a second too long, he got a bit distracted by the curve of her neck and the strong shoulders but started paying attention soon enough.
He picks up the cactus-like one to poke lightly at the nubs, testing how hard those are. If they end hurting the pads of his fingers, he probably doesn't want them pressing against any other more delicate skin. It's a little too small for what they have in mind too and he carefully puts it down.
"Me too. I know how bad loneliness can get." Peter reaches out to slowly slide a hand down her forearm, fingers brushing the inside of Talia's wrist. He brings her hand close to his mouth and kisses the knuckles.
"Looks like we have a winner then, the key here is that we both have fun." The smile turns more mischievous. "It's tad more colorful than I was expecting, I guess it's time to figure out if pink looks good on me."
