Hard to think of a mouthy little shit who might deserve it more. He'd hate it, natch. Very sensitive to humiliation. That makes him an excellent fictional candidate - and he has pissed off enough of Gotham City that they'd want to adjust his attitude and put him in his place in some fashion or another.

Os is a virgin, an angry, chronically stressed, perpetually reactive virgin, and is therefore, as Ferris Bueller said of his friend, 'so tight that if you stuck a lump of coal up his ass, in two weeks you'd have a diamond.' It'd be nice if someone he deeply loved and trusted wore him down, helped him relax. Maybe introduced him to being massaged, which then leads to smuttier things. He's quite self-conscious and needs to warm up to being physically appreciated.

Of the physical variety. Work him up, and make him really want to be taken.

Tie him down, lash him to a chair... these are all pretty canonical, really.

What it says on the tin. Wouldn't be consensual. Could be traditional drugs or Poison Ivy's nonsense. Doubleplus post-nut angst if it's a 'hero' who lovingly bangs him.

He craves body heat as a half-dead creature of the night. If he loves and trusts you, and is blood-drunk enough, he'll welcome what he can get.
